Work and Family Program - NSW
Counselling and support services for employees to help resolve problems that may be affecting their work.
The Work and Family Program provides workplace services to employees to assist in identifying and resolving relationship issues and problems that may be affecting morale and performance.
On-site services can be arranged in addition to the 20-plus locations available through our offices for personal or relationship counselling or family dispute resolution. Resource material, education programs and information seminars in addition to counselling services are available, thus ensuring a comprehensive and integrated service to the employee.
The service is provided by an agreement with the employer to pay for employees to be assisted by Relationships Australia (NSW).
