How to make a telephone counselling appointment?

When you phone us on 1300 364 277, we will make an appointment for you to speak to one of our experience counsellors at a later time.  At the agreed appointment time, the counsellor will be totally and exclusively available to you to offer support, advice and guidance.  Remember that our counsellors are tertiary qualified and trained in their field.  They have helped many other individuals, couple and families through difficult times.  At the end of the appointment, you will be able to arrange another appointment if you wish.  Alternatively, you can meet with a counsellor in person if you are able to come to a branch office.

We also offer our family dispute resolution service (mediation) over the telephone for people living in rural or remote areas.

At this time, these services are offered free of charge to people affected by the drought and changes in the sugar and fishing industries, thanks to funding received by the Australian Government Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and the Attorney-General’s Department.
