Supporting Children after Separation Program
The program assists and supports children and young people from separating families to deal with issues arising from the breakdown of their parents’ relationships.
The program aims to help children and young people under the age of 18 who are from a separating or separated family to manage and enhance their relationships, within the context of their family, during and after family separation.
We provide individual counselling, therapeutic groups and education skills programs for children in a safe, friendly and confidential environment. These services support the children so that they can talk about what they are thinking, gain strategies to deal with their situation and learn new skills in dealing with family transitions.
Who is eligible for the program?
Children under 18 years from separated or separating families, who are experiencing issues around their family relationships.
