Skills for Living and Wellbeing - SA

Courses to help people deal with their feelings and difficult life situations.

Sometimes life experiences, traumas and people’s life situations in general can affect how people see, think and feel about themselves.

Our Skills for Living courses help people to deal with their feelings and life situations through offering helpful ideas and support to connect with their family, friends and the wider community.

We have helped people to feel more resourceful and better equipped to manage their lives.

What do people get out of our Skills for Living and Wellbeing courses?

Many have finished our groups with:

  • More confidence to talk to their case manager about personal issues
  • Pride, for what they have learnt and for making use of their new knowledge
  • Connections and support from facilitators and other group members
  • Motivation to attend other courses to continue their learning
  • Willingness to take the next step in their life.
