Respond SA - Adult Childhood Sexual Abuse Service
Respond SA, Adult Childhood Sexual Abuse Service is a free, confidential and professional statewide service for people aged 16 years and over who have been subjected to childhood sexual abuse.
Support is also available for significant others such as family members of survivors.
We provide support through:
- A telephone helpline
- Face-to-face and phone counselling services
- Group work programs
- Advocacy
- Support through legal processes.
We also provide consultation and training to other service providers and advise State Government on issues relating to childhood sexual abuse.
Respond SA, Adult Childhood Sexual Abuse Service, is funded by the Government of South Australia to ensure that there are appropriate and effective responses to adults who have been subjected to childhood sexual abuse.
