Parenting Orders Program - TAS
The Parenting Orders Program in Tasmania offers counselling and information for separated parents who are experiencing difficulties in reaching agreement on their child's contact arrangements.
Relationships Australia in Tasmania runs the program with funding provided by the Australian Government Attorney-General's Department. It aims to help families who have difficulty, or experience conflict, in adhering to child residence and parenting orders made by the court or as agreed by the parents themselves in out of court parenting arrangements.
Who is eligible for the program?
Any member of a family who has experienced separation and who is having difficulty keeping to court orders or other arrangements about children's residence and parenting is eligible for the Parenting Orders Program.
