Aftercare Services
Aftercare Services help people who are leaving care or who have been in the Care System in New South Wales or Queensland.
Aftercare Services cater for people who were, as children, separated from their family and placed in an institution (orphanage), youth detention centre or foster care. There are two types of Aftercare service offered:
- support for teenagers leaving care (NSW only)
- support for (adult) former children-in-care (NSW and QLD)
