Currently we are seeking applications for the full-time (38 hours per week) 18 month contract role of Senior ITC Support Officer to join our ITC team in our Head Office at Eight Mile plains. This role will provide high quality desktop support, guidance and advice to our staff across all of our venues.
The major responsibilities of this role include:
- Mentoring the service desk team providing Relationships Australia with a high standard of support and service
- Drive a customer focussed service delivery model
- Ensuring ITC resources and systems are fully operational and overseeing repairs and backup as required
- Oversee setup, configuration and transport of new hardware to all Relationships Australia venues
- Liaise with Systems Administrator as required to ensure server environments are operating correctly
The successful applicant for this position will have a demonstrated ability in client support and a high level of proficiency in the use of computer systems; they should also have effective time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities. A tertiary qualification in Information Technology or progress towards a qualification is highly desired. Practical experience with a corporate service desk software product will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant for this role will be awarded a salary circa $50,402 plus superannuation and generous salary packaging which will significantly increase the value of take-home pay.
