Rebuilding After Separation
This course is designed to help individuals deal with their separation, enabling them to begin to "let go" and to start focussing on the future, and re-establishing feelings of worth and hope.
Participants will have the opportunity to discuss current issues in their lives, explore their experiences of loss and make sense of the relationship breakdown in a supportive environment.
